SOLID BLEACHED SULPHATE BOARDS (SBS)
An SBS board with exceptional performance for printing, conversion and finishing. Its one-side triple coated print side and natural tactile feel on the lick coated reverse side make the material uniquely versatile. The smooth surface is tailored for perfect print, flawless foiling and film lamination and its structural, design and embossing characteristics deliver impressive results for the most demanding of applications.
Designed for graphical products, Creato features equally outstanding printing properties on both sides, for both traditional and digital printing. Its smooth surfaces, tailored to faithfully reproduce sophisticated printed images, are fully coated with a luxury-feel matt finish. The material offers excellent structural, design and embossing characteristics, together with superior strength and toughness, for exceptional results.
Made from back-to-back laminated Invercote G, Invercote Duo features identical printing surfaces and its structure provides optimum strength, toughness and thickness. Expanding creative possibilities and delivering exceptional aesthetic results, Invercote Duo is ideal for exclusive packaging of heavy items, including wines and spirits. It is also suitable for various display purposes and is recommended for packaging of aroma and flavour sensitive products.
Ideal for creating premium packaging or stand-out graphical applications, Metalprint Digital is a silver board, with metallised PET laminated to the print side. Ensuring excellent conditions for decorative print, the metallised PET has exceptionally good surface smoothness with the ability to faithfully reproduce images. Developed and certified for printing without pre-treatment in the HP Indigo4-series one shot, this material makes the digital print process even more efficient!
FOLDING BOX BOARDS (FBB)
Designed for quality packaging and graphical applications, Incada Silk is a fully coated white-backed GC1 folding box board, made at your local UK mill. One side is double-coated to ensure a supremely smooth surface and the reverse is single coated with a matt finish; with both sides providing consistent, top quality print results. The properties of Incada Silk ensure good runnability in high-speed offset litho processes, and it also performs well with digital processes.
Produced in the UK, Incada Exel is a one-sided cream backed GC2 folding box board designed for impactful, high quality packaging applications. Fully coated on the printing side, with an uncoated reverse, it offers the contrast of a naturally tactile inner and smooth outer surface, both of which can be printed. With lightweight construction and superb stiffness characteristics, Incada Exel is ideal for a wide range of high-end packaging solutions.
A high-performing GC2 board suitable for a wide range of graphical and packaging applications. With three-layer fibre construction, Performa Light is triple-pigment-coated on the top side and has a white uncoated reverse, both of which deliver exceptional print results for elevated brand perception. Light weight and high yield, its robustness enables safe packaging with less weight and the material is also suitable for direct food contact and taste and odour neutral.
GREYBOARDS
Eska Board is a three-layered graphic solid board, suitable for both screen printing and flatbed digital. Made from 100% recycled fibres and fully recyclable in mainstream waste, it is available in grey, or white-lined on one side. With outstanding stay-flat properties, the material is easy to cut, die cut, crease, score, gouge, mill, punch, drill, emboss and deboss. Eska Board is ideal for multiple applications such as hard back books, ring binders, puzzles, board games and more.
With a natural texture and deep black shade, Eska Black consists of three strong layers. The core layer, made of 100% recycled fibres, is sandwiched between two deep-black virgin fibre liners, creating a product which is 70% recycled. Specially developed to provide endless opportunities for luxury packaging, the board boasts high rigidity and excellent converting properties for outstanding on-shelf appeal. Eska Black is exclusively stocked at Antalis in the UK, and available in a choice of grammages.
